December 28, 2018 - Lemon curd, cream, smoke, hints of sweet spices, pear and salty ocean air. Flavors of pear, pineapple, marzipan and sweet citrus on a lush, yet lean body are followed by a wave of salty, umami flavors that coat the mouth and lead into a long, mouthwatering finish. Love it.
