August 12, 2018 - Time to drink up. Oxidized, richer cooked apple and quince flavours dominate. The residual sugar is more evident than three years ago.

December 4, 2015 - Golden hue shows it has evolved but there is still plenty of life here! Classic Loire Chenin nose with the waxy, stewed apples, cider notes. Some CO2 on opening. Rich mouthfeel yet counterbalanced with biting acidity. There is some RS here. Lovely, long, citrus finish. Tastes like a GG German Riesling.

February 11, 2015 - Color amarillo con suaves irisaciones doradas, brillante y limpio, y gruesa lágrima algo lenta. Muy buena intensidad en nariz con unos aromas iniciales de cítricos y notas vegetales en los que destacan los espárragos frescos y la col a medio hacer, magnífica frescura con un cierto apunte de uva dulzona, hierbas, flores blancas, recuerdos de piedra fría y tiza. Cremosa entrada en boca con un recorrido muy sabroso en el que predominan los cítricos maduros (limón y lima), muy buena acidez, untuoso, amplio, buen volumen, muy agradable, ligeras sensaciones de tostados de la barrica pero pasan bastante desapercibidos, equilibrado, intenso y bien persistente. Final largo, postgusto de fruta cítrica y blanca y retronasal intensamente vegetal (espárragos).
