February 12, 2013 - Closed at first but after a few minutes and swirls int he glass it opened up more with red, blue and black fruits, soy sauce, delicious spices and more power than expected. Very tannic.
February 11, 2013 - Barrel sample - tight, tart cherry, floral, light vanilla, rosehips palate; needs 2-3 years; medium-plus finish 90-92 points (about 30% whole cluster)
February 8, 2013 - Wildman New Release Burgundy Tasting (Trump International Hotel - Chicago IL): Tasting. Red and black cherry aromas with a backward character. Dense, chewy and slightly rustic with firm tannins vs others tasted tonight. This will need cellar time.
