November 11, 2023 - Beautiful
October 14, 2023 - Blind tasting at Clement's hospital. Decanted 75 min, served at 20°C approx. Nice dark hue with autumn colors borders. Nose expressive of smoked ham, blackcurrant, sap, cedar, actually a classic cab. Palate deep, noble, fine and technical : nice berries core, coated with a silky texture of polished tannins and new aok. Complex dimension of underwood flavors with smoke, cedar, fresh tobacco leaves. Served with a very risky dish of spiced lamb peaces panned with coriander, aromatic rice and baked tomato with jalapeno, feta, pine tree seeds, and red pepper. This electrical combination becomes a boxing match where the noble power and the green peppers of the cabernet remains victorious. Incredible bloody experience.
July 18, 2023 - Beautiful bouquet with oak and cedar and dark berries, vanilla from the oak and some tobacco. Same on the palate, dark fruits, oak and cedar, good acidity and tannin with still a pleasant bite. The wine shows the early signs of maturity.
July 6, 2023 - Showing really well. Fresh, lively and classic.
May 28, 2023 - Love this wine. Fruity, velvety, balanced, complex.
February 10, 2023 - Double decanted two hours before. Very classic for the vintage, this is cool, blue, elegant with plenty of black currant, some poivre vert; vertical style, manly, strict, fine concentration of fruit, notes of tobacco. Others liked it less than me, although HSA agreed.

December 25, 2022 - Pronounced nose intensity with black fruits, cassis, spices. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Tannin is velvety.
June 5, 2022 - based on prior note I decanted about 2 and half hours and felt it was tight and decanted it back to the bottle and served about 3.5 hours
It was a nice bordeaux - tannins seemed more resolved than last two. There is excellent balance and long but light finish but otherwise not remarkable ... good but not great. This was part of case purchased on release and stored well. so bottle variation?
I have two bottles left of my case but will likely try to finish them in the next year or two
