December 20, 2018 - Very youthful nose dominated by notes of bakery, yeast, citrus and minerals. With some glass time it shows more flowers and fresh cut grass. Palate is dominated by youthful acidity with yellow apples and a touch of honey sweetness before the lemon zest bitterness takes over in the long lasting finish.
This is a very good aperitif for a sunny afternoon, but actually worked very well this dark and cold winters day just before Christmas too!
(Probably best with 3-8 years of extra cellar time)
