June 18, 2014 - one of the few rose' that is as good year 2 as year one. Go Grenache Gris!

March 15, 2014 - Slightly cloudy salmon pink color with spiced watermelon rind, strawberry, peach, melon and a hint of earthy aromas. On the palate, it's light-bodied with medium acidity. It exhibits strawberry, peach, and hints of citrus rind and melon flavors and lingering finish. 100% Grenache Gris from 98+ year old vines. 12.7% alcohol. Unfiltered. 280 cs. produced.

May 15, 2013 - Nose of peachy and strawberry. Red fruit with hints of orange and just a touch of bitterness. Good acidity. A bit rough around the edges, but the lack of filtration keeps it a bit rounder than it could be. A nice rose with plenty of juiciness and depth. A good match for table. Could actually benefit from another 6 mo. 88+

May 11, 2013 - (12.7%) 100% Grenache Gris - great pale, cloudy pink color in the glass here. Starts with bright strawberries on the palate backed by a firm, refreshing minerality leading into a lingering tannic finish. This is easy to drink and will be gone before you know what happened. Only the slight sediment that remains will be left. Food friendly and delicious. Can't go wrong with this one...

Wine Geek Notes: From 98 year old vines, fermented with native yeasts, aged in neutral French oak, 280 cases made, twist-off
