October 6, 2019 - brick and ruby color; blackberry and black raspberry nose with notes of cinnamon and plum. Very well-balanced acid/fruit at it's peak. Black fruit, herbs, earth and sweet spice notes.

September 4, 2015 - Similar to last time. Lots of fresh red fruit, friendly tannins, sage, and a medium plus finish. Juicy and delicious.

  • TottenCellars Likes this wine:

May 16, 2014 - Ruby red and clear, wine has a nice medium body and a big youthful nose of raspberries and chocolate. Some jamminess but not over the top for a zin. Moderate alcohal on the nose. Wine has no notable RS or tannins and really finishes smoothly. On the palate I get the same notes as the nose with some minor tartness. Overall it's a really nice zin that I wish I had a case of but this one bottle will have to suffice.
