May 8, 2015 - Medium-high acidity, with excellent notes of barnyard on the nose, and flavors of citrus rind, barnyard, and ethyl alochol on the palate. 83% Grenache, 17% Mourvedre. Should probably be consumed by 2016.

September 14, 2014 - Beautiful pale amber color. Old world style horse stable on the nose and some bitterish grapefruit rind-like aromatics; at room temperature it exhibits medium-high fiziness on the palate with notes of citrus, grapefruit rind, leather, barnyard, and some strawberry; finishes dry with flavors of bitters. Upon chilling the crisp citrus notes on the palate became more intense. Made for an excellent pairing with tomato salad and a baked brie in pastry crust. Probably drink by 2016. 13.9% ABV.
September 14, 2014 - Last of 12. Very nice rose. This one was good from the start but actually improved with a little age.
May 18, 2014 - Last two bottles from a case purchased on release. Both showed really well. Fragrant. Mid-weight. Great balance. Pleasing finish. Among the better rosés (to my palate) coming out of California.
January 24, 2014 - 83% Grenache, 17% mourvèdre. 2080 cases. Nose not very clean, crisp, savory. Nothing special. ++
January 1, 2014 - I love this rose. So pale, crisp and light but packed with flavor
December 30, 2013 - Wonderful balanced dry rose with strong finish. Citrus and melon.
September 2, 2013 - Well made from good fruit. Exactly what it's supposed to be. You'll be back for more. Nice minerals integrated with the fruit.
July 29, 2013 - My first three bottles needed decanting after receiving shipment in May, but this one didn't. Very light salmon color. Apple, pear and cherry notes. Great, light-bodied summer wine. Good with grilled salmon. Balance has improved and flavors have really come together with a couple of months in the cellar.
May 19, 2013 - Delicious dry rose. Salmon, almost melon colored. Perfect on its own on a sunny afternoon.
