    December 16, 2017 - Integrated fruit and soft tannins. Too much oak on palate however it blew off after a bit. Maybe better decanted to mute the oak. If the oak wasn’t so prominent at the beginning could pass as old world.

    February 7, 2015 - Better than most from this part of the world and a great value. Good Pop n' Pour

    Sight: Medium ruby with hints of purple
    Nose: Cassis Pate-de-fruits, spearmint, freezerburn
    Palate: Ripe, medium weight wine. Not overblown and not without acidity. Overall, as balanced as you can ask for at this price.

    April 30, 2014 - dark red, in color. dark fruit, blackberry, plum, cherry, spice, earth, espresso, on the nose. high acid, medium tannins, on the finish.

(@ AH): The bouquet is not very expressive, but there are dark berries, autumn forest and some dusty impressions. On the palate concentrated and juicy red as well as dark berries, some sweetness and menthol. Ok acidity and round tannin. Ok wine.

This must be what they mean when calling a wine "disjointed". I think it will come together with time, though. It seems to have the acid, tannin, and overall balance to let some of this stuff smooth out.
