September 4, 2016 - Proof that a good Okanagan Chardonnay can age. Drank it in August 2016 with gnocchi with a sage brown butter sauce. Perfect match. The wine was still robust, complex and buttery with enough oak to manage the buttery sauce.

September 16, 2013 - Made using 3 different Chardonnay clones, and uses French oak for fermentation and ageing. Medium-intensity and subtle aromas of butterscotch and oak. Slightly creamy texture on the medium-full body with restrained notes of oak, plus some butter and apple flavours. Spicy mid-palate lingers through the very long finish.
