  May 16, 2023 - Popped and poured - but this needs air. A cool, mineral feel, this is more the cuvée than vintage. Stony precision, kirsch at the core, ends dry and serious. Leave this be - or give it air before serving it with serious meat.

  February 18, 2022 - Made from 85 % grenache and 15 % syrah. Starting to show age on the brims. Very delicate nose w. dark red fruit - somewhat fleshy - and sourmilk. Rounded tannins and subdued acidity yet firm structure. Very red-fruited w. good depth, still rather primary althought tertiary notes start to appear. A little thin on the finish. Good now and I am not necessarily convinced that it will continue to improve.

  September 26, 2021 - This was tough one. It seemed a little flat with the structure not so present and mostly fruit. We kept on saying it was basically Cherry Coke - - good cherry coke but still a bit of a fruit bomb. I have a lot of this and a magnum. It was not typical so perhaps just bottle variation.

  March 20, 2021 - Au nez : minéral...pierre, galet ainsi que de terre fumée ; fruits rouges...fraise / réglisse. Les tannins sont ultra fins. Un vin souple, fruité...saveurs de fruits mûrs rouges et de cannelle...rond, même crémeux et harmonieux ! Moyenne à longue finale sur des notes de poivre. Délicieux ! Prêt à boire.
