November 10, 2023 - Pop n pour. Good mature orchard fruit that is starting to show some honeycomb notes. Well integrated reduction. Fresh but starting to show its age. Late peak window.

December 20, 2022 - Wonderful balance on the nose. A small amount of malo/butter, but contrasted well with a lot of bright notes. Citrus, a tiny amount of fresh grass, smoke and graphite galore. Maybe a slightly more tropical note too. Plenty of acidity on the palate, a bit of richness and more of that overripe fruit note. Has been open for several hours and writing notes at the end of an extensive night.
