April 17, 2020 - Found this older bottle among my stash of newer vintages, so thought this would be an interesting opportunity to see how Morgan's rosés age. This has evolved into quite a different wine than in its youth. Orange-yellow color, permeating aromas of onion skin and orange marmalade. I rather liked it for its complexity and interesting flavor profile but this is definitely at a stage where it is more of an exposition piece than a patio wine.

June 11, 2016 - Didn't know what to expect. Most of the fruit is gone but enough left with nice acidity to accompany food. Paired nicely with an egg and asparagus Strata.
As Steven T. recommends, time to drink up.

April 23, 2016 - Like the last bottle, a disturbing orange hue (not at all like the bright, beautiful rose of 2013) and pretty much faded right after the initial attack of orange zest. Flawed, I hope.

April 22, 2016 - Some of the fruit has faded though there is still a watermelon note as others have mentioned. The light acidity and strong mineral notes are what shine right now. Also some herbs and a hint of marzipan. Drink up by the end of this summer.

    July 20, 2015 - A nice-enough rose. Dry, some watermelon.
