August 26, 2018 - This wine needs about an hour of air before you can start to enjoy it. It is very much a food friendly wine and pairs very nicely with beef bourguignon. So much so that it seemed like the bottle had a leak in it! OK, my wife and I were refilling our glasses without realizing it.
