December 29, 2023 - Nice black and red berry juice. Some leather and dust. Slight tannin. A likeable, elegant wine.
February 5, 2023 - Thought this would have improved better than it has. The Tannins have Softened, the Dark Fruit still shows up. Still a good wine just not as good as I would expect.
October 30, 2022 - Ok. Not great.
August 29, 2022 - This one is pretty much the same as it was back in 2015. A tough vintage and not not terrible but not special either, just okay. Meh! 91+ Points.
April 2, 2021 - Did vertical tasting 2010, 2011, 2012, otherv2 were fruit forward this was very earthy
May 5, 2015 - Palate feel on this was showing plush, glycerin wrapped tannin and some really nice red/black fruit. There was a nice silky quality on entry, yet the finish showed a wine that needed some time. Give this a few years to develop, or enjoy for the sexy palate feel in its youth.
April 19, 2015 - Nose exibits earthy elements, a funky nose (not in a bad way), acidic in the right amount, a smooth, elegant, pretty Cabernet that shows intensity on the palate and drinking better today than the last bottle consumed, but still needs time to evolve and mature. I have one more bottle and I will save this one for some time down the road as time will is on it's side. I will conclude by saying this 2011 wine is the exception to the rule for that vintage. This Cab is by far, the best 2011 I've tried.
