June 1, 2021 - Evolving nicely. Excellent balance and lightness to it.
September 30, 2017 - A touch funky at first - hints of straw. That largely blew off after a few minutes and as per usual this was a nice elegant balanced port. Not particularly secondary as of yet, but on its way.
June 15, 2014 - Delightful in it's crispness and fruit forward flavors. A nice summertime pairing for desert. Not complex but easy drinking and great for pairing
April 16, 2013 - - It's balanced with a medium body. Round texture with a short finish - Not enough oak. Shallow. Not as textured as hoped.
March 23, 2013 - If you have any dark chocolate lying around that is feeling kind of lonely, you should introduce it to this wine. They will be very happy together. The spice and blackberry and heat is a bit out if sync without the accompaniment of food....maybe in a few years this will be a more balanced wine....but for now, very happy times when paired with dark chocolate.
January 26, 2013 - This will be better in several years.
