February 21, 2021 - Still very good. Mineraly with some like citrus fruit. Much of the oakiness and butteriness seems to have mellowed.

September 10, 2015 - Pleasant. Not as impressive as I had hoped, but very good. Maybe past its prime? Tart on the tongue. Difficult (for me) to identify tastes.

August 14, 2015 - Nose of birch bark, lemon peel, faint popcorn. More light popcorn on the palate, with mineral and vanilla and golden crisp apple. Smooth and classic.

October 10, 2014 - Tasted at the winery with a great flight of cheeses. Medium gold color, Granny smith apples, buttery, more refined than the 2012 Estate. Solid acidity, drinking well now. Would drink over the next 3 years
