January 27, 2019 - Last bottle of the evening. Dark, ripe, nicely balanced with good power from the cab but also a nice complexity. First time with this wine, but thought it was excellent.

January 19, 2019 - 27% Syrah and 8% Cabernet Franc with the bulk of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon – sourced from Red Mountain Vineyards, Walla Walla’s Blue Mountain Vineyard and Lewis Vineyard near Prosser and treated to 60% new barrels for 23 months.
    Decanted and showing moderate sediment.
Aromas show a inter-tangled mix of boysenberry, plum, currant and dark cherry with leather, tobacco, dried herbs, chocolate, vanilla bean, exotic spice, graphite and earth.
The palate shows completely integrated velvety tannins, moderate acidity and smooth, fleshy textures. Homogenized flavors of herbs, cherry, plum and cassis that wrap around flavors of leather, vanilla bean, tobacco, Mexican chocolate, spice and earth. Lasting and plush through the finish.

April 26, 2017 - Deep ruby in color. Tight on night one, night two has notes of vanilla blueberry on the nose with a hint of graphite. Palate is silky its cedar and blueberry mid palate and well integrated tannins. The finish is slightly tannins and lasting with a nice red fruit character.
