January 22, 2014 - Just the right touch of oak tips this entry level bourgogne into the 90+ category. Expectations were high with Simon Bize on the label, and those expectations were met. Toasty oak nose leads you into a palate well balanced with fruit, oak and acidity. Lingering finish. Holds it's own with many high end white burgundies.
