    November 25, 2023 - En magnum. À point: à mi-chemin entre le primaire et le tertiaire. Une texture élégante et soyeuse. Un vin très équilibré même s’il est servi en PNP. Particulièrement impressionnant face au millésime plus frais.

    DAY 1
    👃Ripe red fruit with dark fruit, cooking spices, purple florals, soil, & herbs
    👅Multiple hours in the glass yielded crunchy red and dark fruit. Smoky & earthy. Finishes dry with mild tannins. Classy, elegant drink

    The remaining wine was "Slow Decanted" in my refrigerator

    DAY 10
    👃Cherry, raspberry, strawberry. Lightly spiced and dusty
    smoke.
    👅The earthy elements come through on the palate. Silky.
    Tannins well resolved. Finishes with spicy, dark fruit with nice length

    November 24, 2021 - Nose of cherries, truffle and earth. Palate expresses morello cherry, white truffle, cranberry and spice. Subtle tannins perceived mostly on the cheeks. Well done and enjoyable, but not exciting for the price.

    June 14, 2020 - A beautiful wine. Smooth and supple, and it is pretty perfect right now. Definitely ready to drink.
