January 10, 2024 - Second bottle of 4 - though only showing one left in the cellar. Drinking at it's peak now with tertiary characters of forest floor, mushroom giving lasting umami flavours. We will enjoy the last two and I will improve my record keeping.

February 7, 2018 - Nez complètement fermé, bouche étriquée et acide, sans aucun fruit. Pas d'évolution notable le lendemain et le surlendemain... Du Gouges austère comme je n'aimerais plus en boire...D'autres bouteilles identiques étaient pourtant nickel. Le bourgogne comme le barolo nous réservent beaucoup de déceptions. Heureusement que de grandes bouteilles les font pardonner.

June 3, 2016 - Prends un peu de temps à s'ouvrir. Puissant, un peu sauvage et rustique, mais parfaitement équilibré, avec de la densité et beaucoup de tenue.
