April 8, 2022 - Screw cap. Still lively. Complex nose of nettles, 95% cocoa chocolate, play-doh and prunes. Thin in the mouth but with good balance of glazed cherries, sarsaparilla, egg shell and beetroot juice. Medium length finish of blueberry cheesecake and crushed beetles.
A good match for lobster ravioli with marinara sauce. -
