March 24, 2019 - Den här flaskan och årgången skilde sig en del från den förra (2008). Frukten (mörka bär, i synnerhet krossade blåbär) finns här, kroppen liksom syran och örterna, men 2008 hade rundare och snällare tanniner. Även den här hade en bra längd, men inte lika slående som 2008:an. Den här flaskan har mer struktur och är i högre grad matkrävande.
Passade bra till högrevsburgare med gruyere, bacon och tryffelmajonäs! -
