Community Tasting Notes 3

April 23, 2020 - Tastes like an agreeable, young, but slightly coarse Madeira. Good, but simplistic and overpriced at almost $90.

  • Jochems Likes this wine: 90 points

December 31, 2019 - Hazelnut, hay and some fresh elderflower, very fresh and dry on the palate with some balanced acidity and a very long finish. Great aperitif with prosciutto & salumi.

When looking at the other note here on CT I doubt if we actually had the same Marsala...

September 5, 2006 - sherry terracotta orange, honey
Nose: dried fruit, oaky, earth, rustic
Pal: briny, acidic, nutty, dried apricots, almond, sweet but dry
    Feel: smooth
    Finish: long
