Community Tasting Notes 2

January 24, 2020 - Light burgundy color, medium nose with nose of berries and earthiness. On the palate, notes cherry with mushrooms coming right in second. Gripping acidity on smooth tannins and light body, medium intensity, long finish. It paired well with ravioli ai funghi on a pecorino sauce.
