May 19, 2022 - Still too young really. A good wine and wonder how it will develop. I won’t find out as that was the last mag.

February 13, 2022 - Strawberries and cream, fine mousse, reticent nose that opened to raspberry and hints of citrus. Just lovely. Stored in a cellar since release, years of life ahead.

July 5, 2021 - Chilled and then served at increasingly close to room temperature over dinner. Crisp salmon, copper colour with lively fine bubbles in the glass. Crisp nose of red fruits, summer pudding and lightly baked pastry. On the palate there’s crunchy red berries and a stronger pastry note, intermingled with a nice streak of saline acidity.

March 25, 2021 - Nice, light colored rose. Good age on it, although I might have preferred this a tad bit younger. Some light notes of strawberry and good mousse. Fell apart somewhat quickly in the glass though after 20-30 minutes. Best right out of the bottle.

February 27, 2021 - Roederer Rosé 08 vs Henriot Rosé 08 vs Veuve Clicquot Rosé 08
    Sammanfattning
    Färg:
    Roederer mer laxrosa
    Henriot mer kopparfärgad
    Veuve Clicquot mer rödaktig

    Doft:
Roederer mer rödbäriga toner av jordgubb, hallon, smultron, lite blodapelsin
Henriot mer toner av mandarin, aprikos, nektarin, röda äpplen + kryddor
Veuve Clicquot mer toner av lingon, röda vinbär

    Smak:
Veuve Clicquot syrligare, stramare, kortare finish.

    Winner
    Dag 1 kändes Henriot bäst.
Dag 2 definitivt Roederer. Mycket bra champagne.

2008 Louis Roederer Champagne Brut Rosé
    Laxrosa i färgen
    Dag 1
