December 12, 2023 - Based on others' reviews, I expected more. Not a lot going on with this wine. Lacked structure and depth.

February 9, 2022 - Opened and decanted. First glass out of the bottle. Fruit still going strong. Sharp, tart red cherry fruit. Light in body. Ends with dry finish. Needs air and food. This will be paired with elk steak. Good right now. 2 hours later: rich, dark fruit with blackberry cherry plum notes; light in hody; ends with a somewhat sharp, long finish with a touch of heat. Good to Very Good.

April 5, 2020 - Decanted an hour. Full fruit, perfectly balanced, tannins gone. Time to drink now. Awesome QPR.

December 19, 2019 - Very elegant, well balanced. Tastes like an aged BDX. Very red fruit driven, raspberry, licorice, touch of black truffle. Still has life. Perfect pairing with Lamb Chopper cheese.

September 16, 2019 - My last bottle of this delicious Cab drank with grilled beef tenderlion. Mature Cab flavor profile with ample fruit and secondary flavor development. Drink or hold.
