April 24, 2019 - Both tasters before me already described the wine in depth. I have the luxury to simply concur.

December 26, 2018 - Red and dark fruit, rustic spice notes and field herbs commingle nicely. Good texture and depth. The warmth of the terrior comes out in spades. Good juice.

December 5, 2018 - Casual Wednesday night at ESBK. Tasted blind. Drank from bottle over 2 hours.
Appearance is clear, deep intensity, purple colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of graphite, tobacco, earth, black cherries, blackberries. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, high alcohol (15%), fine high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet dark herbs, minty menthol, graphite, tobacco, earth, black cherries, blackberries, rich warm spices. Long finish.
Very good quality. Feels like an opulent ripe SuperTuscan, which was my guess. Could use another 3-4 years to tone down, but well I guess it is just the delicate palate talking. Lovers of rich ripe bold styles will love this as it is.
80% Carignan and the remainder Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
