  February 16, 2014 - Now it's a boring bottle of Chardonnay. Some will espouse the greatness is in the richness of the fruit, and the subtleties in the finish. The fun zip that one would expect from Lioco is gone.

  Not balanced even though all the flavors are there. How can that be? Totally disjointed. Entry level stuff that sees virtually no oak. Perhaps a 6 month stint in used barrels would bring this together without adding too much more cost and weight? I get the light on one's fee thing but this really isn't a very nice wine.
  
  After tasting this bottle (and posting this review) I went on line to see gushing and glowing review after review. Clearly all the wine pandering "critics" have had an epiphany that I am still in search of... (Its called continued access to the folks at this winery and their other top drawer single vineyard bottlings.....)
