Bien aimé l'équilibre malgré un côté bold assez présent en début d'ouverture.
Effectivement assez textbook Syrah RN, mais je préfère encore les Côte-Rôtie..

June 25, 2020 - Very dark wine with a bouquet of bittersweet chocolate, ripe blackberries and balsamic overtones. With time the palate is more interesting than the slightly mono dimensional bouquet. The dusty tannins are quite refined and give the wine an overall balance. I think the wine is at its drinking peak and will stay at this level for another 5 years.

November 17, 2019 - Bu lors de mon traditionnel souper Northern Comfort Food à la maison...
choux confit au porc, épaule de porc tikka masala, Patates Yukon au fenouil et
au fromage comté, choux de bruxelle au balsamique
et pancetta, Pain Toscan et gateau au 3 chocolats...accord divin!
Bouche souple et épicée, mures, poivre et viande fumée avec
un peu d`olives. C`est gourmand et fort long,
belle minéralité, à point mais pourra tenir la route encore
