September 8, 2017 - Started as high acid but slow oxidation allowed the aromas and flavors to come together. More pinot noir than syrah, this wine had a strong griotte component to it. Leather and gamey aromas. Very enjoyable though could easily benefit from further ageing.

July 26, 2015 - Medium ruby, meaty, BBQ, very big on the nose. On the palate, it's leathery, medium tannin, medium (+) acidity, very plummy, medium (+) body, long finish. Syrah and 10% Viognier.
