November 8, 2015 - Lovely pinot with rich dark fruits flavors, good balance, and integrated tanins at this stage. Probably not getting better, but still has a little longer before declining.
January 24, 2015 - Black licorice and plum on the nose. Very spicy with big almost Syrah-like fruit. White pepper and graham. Softens a lot with air.
December 7, 2013 - Holiday Party at Dr. T's (San Francisco): A bit disjointed. Red fruit, spicy, but slightly bitter. Seems like this has all the components, but it doesn't knit together well into a coherent story. Wait a bit longer? 89-90

January 27, 2013 - Tight on opening. Opened up beautifully in an hour. Smooth mouth feel. Well integrated tannins. Great Pinot characteristics on the palate. Nice balanced wine.
November 19, 2012 - A bit closed on opening. Developed over a few hours. Thin on the palate. Nice varietal characteristics with some complexity.
September 23, 2012 - This is good stuff. Loads of dark fruits with smooth silky tannins make this a winner.
February 17, 2012 - drank at family gathering with no detailed notes. Ripe cherry, xmas spice, full body, very nice.
December 24, 2011 - Coming across as a bit big, and hot on nose & the finish. Gonna leave my other bottles for a few years.
