July 6, 2018 - This is my last bottle. I have consistently liked this wine and have found it to be a great value. Inexpensive wines purchased on the Internet are always risky. I have almost never purchased a wine like this that was worse that what its price point should yield, but I am always looking for inexpensive wines that create an experience well beyond their price point...….and, this was one of the latter. I had put down 2018 as the back end year of the drink window.....but cannot remember why. While this bottle does not exhibit any hints it is ready to roll over, it seems the tannins are gone. Hence, I would be a drinker of this one sooner rather than later.

May 31, 2018 - medium full body, ruby, aromas of cherry, flavors of red fruit, spices, balanced earth, fruit, and wood. a nice balanced modern blend with some structure and good finish, good qpr

February 26, 2018 - Nice drinker at this time and improved over last year. More balanced with fresh dark fruits and good flavor profile. Medium plus weight, mild acidity in the middle and very soft, hardly noticeable tannin on the finish. Quite good on day 2 as well.
