    August 19, 2020 - It’s still a big wine
Big structure with a tannin belly and acid back
    Nice spice and rose sweetness

April 30, 2018 - Drank at family dinner with delicious cajun rib eye cap steak. Perfect combo. I love the old world elegance of this wine.

March 24, 2018 - Puzzled by this one; the fruit appears to be maturing at the moment, but the structure is at another level demanding time. This could indeed end up in something very interesting with time. However, save some wine for day two, as I normally do, but the wine did not improve bu this, quite the opposite.

On the nose very much Nebbe with some element of nice red fruit on the lighter side, but tannins taking a good grip and great acidity. Paired with proper food this works great already, but given what I see happening with the fruit I struggle to see a long distance runner here. Good length, nice finish.

Do not get me wrong - just to clarify - but the wine kind of have a great state for now, structural on the younger side while the fruit is the opposite. But to sum up; great young wine now - very much unsure how long this will improve.

Save my last bottle for 4-6 years more?
