December 23, 2011 - 2011 Simple Dinner Series 14 :: Ed's big day (Jade Palace Seafood Restaurant, The Forum Shopping Mall, Orchard Road): Alcohol :: 13.5%
Opened for 1hrs+. Lots of sediment. Haw flakes, sweet figs paste and dried berries wrap with autumn leaves, dried rose petal and eastill very complex and perfume though not necessary large scale. Still possess good concentration of sweet dark and red fruits, well balance with autumn leaves, dried tea leave and mineral that formed the good depth and structured with medium length, spicy infused finish. Delicous but I expect better length for this.

January 1, 2005 - Pale garnet, showing age. Pale aroma of sulfur and fruit. Nice red fruit and sweet ness on the palate. 1/05
