April 3, 2014 - I loved this four years ago at $24/btl; purchased a couple more cases after email alert from winery at $18/btl...great QPR! Dark fruit and currant with a hint of reticent cherry. L-o-n-g legs, just a tiny spot of heat. Solid.

June 18, 2012 - Excellent as always. Sadly, only one more bottle in my cellar. Nice cab blend, paired well with a fillet.

April 9, 2011 - Purchased an 02/03/04 mixed case of the Dog Series at the winery; this is the last of the lot...wish I had bought more, as this is one fantastic bottle of wine at 24 bucks! Dark fruit and currant with a hint of reticent cherry as an afterthought. Despite 15.1% alcohol on label, smooth as silk with no heat.
