January 3, 2022 - I think it probably is moving out beyond its acceptable drinking window. Definitely closed off. 1 bottle left, perhaps just need to decant for much longer (1 hr +?).

October 1, 2016 - Oaky, viney nose, with hints of black fruit. On the tongue, initial hints of currant and black plum. Lemon? Some earthiness and some tobacco. Surprisingly light tannins for such a young Cab, and the tannins that are there are sweet.
