Community Tasting Notes 2

December 24, 2017 - A private lunch (Restaurant Bak, Amsterdam, NL): Pale golden colour; salty and floral nose, deep and intense, brine and honey, wood; powerful and structured palate, dry but with lots of natural glycerin, really intense but approachable, firm acidity; long finish, hint of Swiss green cheese.

Fairly bright yellow. Huge wafting oxidized flavors. Bone minerally dry on the palate. Seemingly timeless. Quite nice
