  December 24, 2017 - Notes of pineapple, green apple, citrus and barnyard (the latter goes away with oxygen). Good amount of RS. Still drinking well.

Which isn't fair. But in any case, a bit sweet on the back and not all that tight. Prefer the mineral funk of d'Arenberg's hermit crab or the Yalumba stuff.
