September 3, 2022 - 10 years after Riesling tasting - 2012 - Part II (Concept Riesling, Düsseldorf): Glass: Gabriel Standard
Tasted blind. Clear, medium golden color. Very fresh, fine and complex nose. Salty mineral core, some fine pineapple. Wonderful tension and pressure, also very deep and dense. Long finish. 93-94 -

July 22, 2022 - Golden colour. A soft, rich and ripe Riesling with peach and ripe citrus aromas. Surprisingly developed. Maybe bottle variation.

May 7, 2022 - 10 years after Riesling tasting - 2012 (Restaurant Holz und Feuer, Kirchheim, Germany): Glass: Sophienwald Universal
Clear, medium golden color. Medium+ intense nose with some sweet fruit and some lactic notes. On the palate dry, good mineral core. A bit unbalanced acidity, making this wine a bit sweet/sour. Still very young. Good length and potential. 92-93+ -

Mye mer fylde med høyere temperatur, rik og viskøs munnfølelse med et lite saltpreg. Honning og grapefrukt i ettersmaken. Deilig riesling - fullmoden nå, tror jeg, men sannsynligvis ingen hast.
