    April 4, 2015 - Opens up after 30mins, well structured with medium tannins, blackberry, leather, and black pepper. Both elegant and rustic.

    April 11, 2013 - Northern Rhone (Decant, Christchurch): Deep ruby. Sweet, vanilla (although became less obvious), less complex, "mineral". Big and round in the palate. Softness underpinned with plenty of tannin. [Very gravelly site with little fines, 8-10 year aging potential]
