August 12, 2018 - Some tangy lemon fruit, medium acidity, the color has darkened to golden. The oak flavors are present. Good, but not that interesting anymore.

January 29, 2016 - This wine was a tail of two layers. Unfortunately the top layer was a slathering of oak so thick as to totally obscure the citrus fruit underneath it. This wine actually made me sad. The fruit underneath seemed to be fantastic and I could almost feel it struggling to come to surface. With not much luck alas. The oak was light butterscotch and creamy. The fruit underneath with all bright citrus. They didn't get along.

December 5, 2015 - Same problems as I noted in a previous tasting: This is a wine that can't really make up its mind what it wants to be, trying to straddle a line between a Meursault-style white Burgundy and a more assertive California-style chardonnay. The result isn't bad. But it's far from great.
