  November 15, 2014 - Straw gold in color. Chalk, stone, lemon, and green apple. Well balanced acid. Baked caramel apples on the finish. Begging to be drank with grilled fish or chicken.

The body is light/medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
