July 22, 2017 - Two and a half hour decant time, this is a big, robust malbec that carries chocolate, blackberry and red licorice in both the nose and the palate. Moderate tannins hold up the big body of this wine well, with a long finish with every sip.

July 15, 2016 - Dinner at Rustique in Aspen, thanks to Shawn the sommelier. A very good modern wine, rich and well balanced with a deep mineral chocolate follow through.

November 14, 2015 - Decanted for 90 minutes. Drank with a spicy pork tenderloin. It was an excellent pairing. Bold wine, excellent nose, very good. One of the better Argentinian wines I've had. Will definitely purchase more.

July 4, 2015 - Purchased at a restaurant. Decanted about 15 minutes and a good Malbec maybe with too much vanilla oak flavors. Heavy weight.

May 16, 2015 - South or Sweet (Q2 wine party) (The Apartment): (Wine #8 - South America) Heavy blackberry, very young tasting, strong tannins, needs some more years to settle down (or maybe just a few hours in a decanter).
