July 18, 2021 - This wine is closed at the moment. Its dark tannins will take 2-3 years I suspect to soften. But there is quality here, and good solid wine-making skills. Very dark in the glass, impenetrable; a lovely nose, quite inflected of dark woody perfume. And the taste= that is there as well. Perhaps just a little more acidity than should be there (2012 vintage?), but otherwise this is wine of true quality.

December 5, 2020 - Drank without food but would pair nicely with anything. Medium red color and very smooth drinking. Hints of licorice, light spice and graphite with light spice and floral notes coming through as well. Very good va;ue
