January 22, 2023 - Black centre, red rim. Drinking well. Nose mute but juicy fruit in the mouth, tannins soft, lingers well. Savoury finish.

January 5, 2023 - Initial strong bretty aroma - not unpleasant but a little distracting - that blew off after 30mins. Medium-bodied, primary plum and black fruits yielding to smoky cedar flavours. Slightly astringent after a few hours; any remaining bottles to be consumed in the next couple of years.

August 21, 2022 - Very pleasant claret that is drinking nicely. Nice red colour with slight brown on the edge. Cassis, blackcurrant and a touch of earthiness. Drinking nicely. Good match for roast beef.

May 2, 2022 - Final bottle and it was very pleasant. Very earthy, but enough fruit to balance it out, and not overly bretty like the one 6 months ago. I'm learning that when there is brett, there is often bottle variation as well.

January 7, 2022 - Black/red, fruit leading tannin, rich and delicious. Think I enjoy d’Angludet most in this mid range. Copes well with food.
