April 7, 2011 - Cork crumbled, but the wine was phenomenal. Tasted on day 2 of opening and the nose revealed good black fruit. The tannins were smooth and the oak well-integrated. The finish lingered for 5+minutes. This is what all cellared cali cabs should reveal. Could age longer, but I believe it is at peak.
