November 13, 2015 - Dark rust in color. 14.1% ABV. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from En Chamberlin Vineyard. Black fruits, graphite and currants on the nose. Lush and elegant with just light acidity. Black cherry, cassis liqueur, coffee and plums on the palate. Sweet, delicious, hedonistic wine. There is length and depth on the finish with silky tannins shining through. This wine is in a great spot right now.

February 21, 2014 - Dinner with Anna and Karena. Very rich and beautiful cab. Style wise I think I prefer the syrahs, but this was an excellent cabernet. Beautifully balanced fruit; nice depth. Did not make detailed tasting notes, but remember red fruits, a bit of coffee. Jen's favorite over the BF 04.

July 14, 2013 - Just keeps singing. Currants, cherries, and berries over a solid earthy core. Has time to go.

December 21, 2012 - Amazing bottle of wine, just sings out of the glass and the taste follows with deep cherry and berry over a smokey earth core.

October 19, 2010 - Was slight but enough to be noticed and put it at the bottom of a blind tasting.

August 23, 2010 - Wow...what a unique expression of Cabernet Sauvignon! Unlike any cab I've tasted before. Appearance was dark ruby and violet colored which gave the appearance of a medium bodied wine. On the nose the wine had strong plum and black cherry fruits with hints of licorice. Upon tasting the wine notes of sweet plum stroke the palate followed by waves of cherry, currant and sweet fig. This wine was silky and smooth with velvety soft tannins. It has a very long sweet finish that hung on the palate for 30 seconds. What an experience!
