March 4, 2023 - Consumed over two days. Day one - PNP. Beautiful floral nose with red and dark fruit, still noticeable tannins, secondary notes, long finish. Day two - rather remarkable transformation with accentuation of all flavors, expansion of red notes and secondary notes with amelioration of tannins, smooth mouthfeel and long finish. Very enjoyable wine which performed above my expectation.

March 14, 2020 - Nice fruit of red and dark berries. Linear, still a bit tannic. No secondary notes yet. Great with eggplant parmagiano.

August 24, 2019 - Classy fruit, tannins still present, but balanced, long finish. Still has time to go, and should continue to improve. Very nice.

September 9, 2014 - Sept. 9 League of Gentlemen Tasting chez moi: Threw into a blind tasting as a surprise wine. This bottle had been opened the day before, but was so acidic and austere that I let it sit overnight. Well, the wait was worth it, and confirmed my suspicion that the wine has all the right elements; it just needs time. Showed the next day as sweet, good fruit, supple, balanced, aromatic. Give it 3 years.
