February 16, 2019 - Wow. Liked it much better than the previous two bottles. I was surprised it has lasted this long past the drinking window.

May 20, 2013 - Liked this, but agree with those who note that this is starting to fade. Nose still vibrant and redolent of black cherry and asian spice, but palate one dimensional, faded and thin. Drink up!

January 29, 2013 - Aromatic and enjoyable, but not really developing (and perhaps it's seen its best days, as I found the fruit a little lacking).

December 2, 2012 - Good Cal. Pinot, but not exceptional.

July 30, 2012 - Brad's bottle for the "best bottle night" The bottle was stamped "Quail Hill Vineyard Bliss Block. The best pinot I have ever had, blew me away. I did not expect this wine to stand up to the big cabs we had, 02Insignia, 06 Quilceda Creek, or 08 Hoopes, but this was better than any of them. it was #2 to a Musar 99 from a magnum. Great variety of flavors.
